2. Breaking Bad (2008-2013) - A story about a Chemistry teacher who gets un-operable Stage 3 Lung Cancer and starts making and selling meth in order to provide for his family.
3. The Walking Dead (2010- ) - A group of survivors try to stay alive in a post-apocalyptic world overrun by zombies 
4. The U.S. Office (2005 - 2013) - Office workers of a paper providing company are filmed over the years, of which consist of pranks and bad behaviour.
5.Friends (1994 -2004) A hit sit-com about the lives of six friends over 10 years.

These 5 directors are the people that I personally appreciate for there style of film making and story-telling. 

5 Movies That I Fell In Love With



Gladiator (2000)
This is the story of a Roman General ' Maximus Decimus Meridius' and his family murdered by an emperor's corrupt son. He goes to Rome as a Gladiator in order to gain Vengeance.

Prisoners (2013)
A tense thriller starring Jake Gyllenhaal and Hugh Jackman. Prisoners is a movie about two girls mysteriously going missing, only for one of the children's father to take matters into his own hand to find out what happened to them.

The Shawshank Redemption (1994) 
Two imprisoned men bond over a number of years, finding solace and eventual redemption through acts of common decency.

Pulp Fiction (1994)
Four Separate stories about four different groups of people intertwine in a violent and gruesome Quentin Tarantino Film.

Stand By Me (1986)
A group of four friends journey down a train track in search of the dead body of a missing boy in order to claim fame and be recognized by the community as local heroes.


5 of My Favourite Performances in Recent Years
These are performances from the past few years that have stood out to me the most and I overall found the most interestingly portrayed. 


1. J.K Simmons - Whiplash (2014)
Terence Fletcher is a Perfectionist Music Teacher at one of they best Music Schools around. He will do anything in order to push his student to the limit, and he does this by any means; even if that mean using his manipulative and sadistic tactics to do so.


2. Jake Gyllenhaal - Nightcrawler (2014)
Louis Bloom is a sociopathic and unrelentingly dedicated individual who will stop at nothing in order to achieve his goal. The character is determined to make as much money as possible in his profession and be the best in the trade; no matter the consequences and the situations he could get in.



3. Matthew McConaughey - Dallas Buyers Club (2013)
Matthew McConaughey portrays Ron Woodroof, a AIDS victim that smuggled illegal pharmaceutical drugs into the U.S, which lead to his symptoms improving drastically. He then goes on to selling these illegal substances to other HIV and AIDS victims.

4. Leonardo DiCaprio - The Wolf of Wall Street (2013)
After Losing His job, Jordan Belfort takes up a job in Penny Stocks. After teaching his aggressive pitching style and selling at high commission he makes a fortune, committing fraud and doing drugs threw his road of success.

 5. Christoph Waltz - Django Unchained (2012)
Dr. King Schultz (portrayed by Christoph Waltz) is a former dentist-turned-bounty hunter from Düsseldorf, Germany. He buys the freedom of Django (Jamie Foxx) with the intentions of training him to be his deputy bounty hunter.
